Bucca fix is a great company, can’t say enough about them. Great service, punctual and reasonable prices. . We’ve dealt with them on several occasions over the past few years. Every time we had an emergency they’re there in a few hours. A few years ago our water heater started leaking on Thanksgiving day, we contacted the owner Romany and he was there the following day with Malak and installed our new water heater in less than a couple of hours. Recently our furnace started leaking contacted Romany and Mina they were there the same day trying to fix the furnace and save us the price of a new furnace! The furnace was 20 years old so it had to be replaced. They came ready the following day with their team and installed our new furnace.
Today our AC was not cooling so we contacted them again as usual they squeezed us into their busy schedule. Mina and Matt were there at the time they said they’ll arrive at. Did the work and fixed our AC.
We recommend Bucca fix and we will definitely use them again.

The guys did an excellent job… we had AC maintenance and they rebuilt, installed a new filter rack on the furnace, making it much easier to change/ replace the filters.

Got home Sunday afternoon no heat. Called Bucca Fix Sunday at 5pm. Romany came out in a snowstorm at 9:30. By 10:15 heat was back on. Nice, professional young man. Would refer to family and friends. A 10!!! Thank You for the great service.

With ~24-26 inches of snow in my community and drifts in my yard almost 4’ high, my heat stopped functioning around mid-afternoon. I waited until almost 8pm before I panicked (interior temp in low 60s and falling), I found Bucca via google and called expecting to leave a message but George answered right away and said they’d be by after they finished in Weymouth, between 9-10; however, they arrived before 9; diagnosed the problem and were able to remedy quite quickly but it did involve them having to shovel their way to the outside vents. They were done by 9:30. 100 stars for this family business who performed in a pinch for this older woman. THANK YOU BUCCA!!!!!

There was a bit of a problem with the software that controls the combined gas and heat pump system that Bucca installed a couple of years ago. Romany and Mina were persistent and spent as much time as needed to get the problem solved. They were very diligent, patient, and nice through the whole project and only left when everything was working perfectly

BuccaFix installed the TRANE Heating/Cooling system in 2022. They continue to service the system and respond quickly if something unexpected happens; i.e. updating older dampers.
But more importantly, they hear the customers concerns, and listen to their suggestions. Thank you Romany for all your help AND a job well done.

Bucca Fix [2022] did an outstanding job replacing the Heating /AC system in my home. Owners Romany and Mike are very knowledgeable, worked efficiently and effectively to complete the install in a day. They walked me through the process and took the time to answer any questions I had. Bucca-FIX [2023] returned one year later to install a ductless heating and A/C unit in an add-on family room. I feel so strongly about leaving this review, I’m writing it before the technician has even pulled out of our driveway.
I called for repairs on a Goodman Furnace (that has already had recent repairs from another plumber) that would either not light, or shut down before heating the house. I was bracing myself for a gas valve replacement or worse. In a very short amount of time the tech, Romany, nailed what the issue was. So simple and I never would’ve guessed. My filter had too high a rating and was restricting air flow, causing the furnace to shut down. I had twice the filter thickness of what he recommended. Huge relief! They’re on my speed dial from now on. Excellent experience!

My mini split started leaking last week. While driving home from work, I was behind a Bucca Fix truck and called the number. Within two hours, they were at my home, fixed the problem and offered to do routine annual maintenance on the other mini's to avoid having the same issues and needing a call back! Polite, well spoken and very professional. In the past, I had nothing but trouble with the company that installed them, so working with Bucca was especially rewarding!

My elderly parents suddenly lost their air conditioning on the hottest days we've had in years! Bucca came out the next day, quickly assessed the problem and moved mountains to fix their AC as quickly as possible. They were professional and caring. It was clear they were willing to go the extra mile to get help my parents in a very difficult situation. We plan to stick with them for our own HVAC needs, as well as my parents!

Amazing service. They have been my preferred contractor of choice for many years. I purchased my unit(s) from them and each year, they perform maintenance on my split AC unit. They are so thorough and explain in detail what they are doing and the importance of why it is necessary. On the last visit, they even took time to go over the remote control options. Highly recommend! I got quotes from a number of heating contractors, and I decided on Mitsubishi heat pumps but kept looking. I ultimately chose Mike/Bucca Fix (veteran was a plus), and he and his team did great, clean, timely work. He's also great at listening to questions and concerns, answering clearly and respectfully. I added central air and upgraded my electrical panel at the same time. Pricing was still reasonable, and he's been great helping me with the MassSave rebates as well.

I’ve been using Bucca Fix for over two years already. First for AC and natural gas heat needs (annual tune ups and minor fixes) and couldn’t be happier. Always professional, reasonably priced and reliable. Last May I hired them to upgrade my old heating system to heat pumps. Besides upgrading old duct zones, they also installed new duct zone on ground floor and couple ductless units-the job was big (5000 sq ft house). I can’t be more happy with the work that was done, and the energy savings we had this past winter in comparison with previous year we were using natural gas. The process was easy, painless, clean installation, they helped with state rebates, but what was most important REASONABLY PRICED! Family owned, support small businesses!

Highly recommended. Woke up to no heat upstairs. Called the company that installed my system when we built our house and they said they couldn’t come out for 3 days. Called Romany and he was at my house in a couple hours. There were no error codes on the furnace and it had reset itself. It was working properly. Romany cleaned the flame sensor. Fast forward 3 days and it stopped working again. Of course it was a Sunday morning and it was in the 20’s. Romany came to the house in a half hour. Fixed the system and did not charge me. Any other company would have charged an emergency and off hour fee. I would give this company 10 stars if it was possible. Extremely professional and highly skilled. Customer for life.

We had a failed gas boiler (leaking and higher than normal CO2 levels)which had been installed just 7 years earlier. Bucca was recommended. I called Mike who arrived same day to evaluate our system along with his dad. They were quick, professional, and helpful. Five men came the following day; fixed the boiler and increased our hot water capacity all in one day at a very fair price. Another company told me I had to replace the 7 year old hot water tank for $7,000 to increase our hot water supply. I would highly recommend BUCCA

I bought an old house with oil heating, i contacted a Bucca Fix to come do duct work but after some discussion decided there was more value in a whole house heat pump. Mike and his team were not only incredibly responsive and professional but got the entire new system done in 2 days - just in time as the old oil system was almost out of oil!! I can’t recommend these guys highly enough, talented and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!

My 12 year old central air unit froze up for the 4th straight year on a Saturday, so it was time to replace it. I called Bucca on Sunday and Mike came out on Monday afternoon. He spent over an hour with me discussing options, pros/cons, etc. which I appreciated. I ended up deciding to replace the furnace as well after reviewing everything with Mike (which turned out to be the right decision as a crack was discovered after removing the furnace). Bucca came out Thursday (4 days after I made the original call) and installed a new high end condenser, coils, and furnace. They even inspected all of my existing ductwork and cleaned up some shoddy work by a previous contractor. Mike came back the next day and inspected everything and made sure the new smart thermostat was operating properly. Extremely impressive by everything, from super quick response and install to clear communication / patience to competitive cost. I'll continue to do business with them in the future. Update: The new central air system was having trouble removing humidity from the air, which was something Mike warned me about during his initial visit. So 3 weeks after the original install of the new system, they added a dehumidifier and re-worked a bunch of the ductwork. Everything looks and works fantastic now, my house has never been more comfortable.

Woke up to no heat on one of the coldest days of the year. Called these guys at 7 AM and he were at my door at 7:30 AM. The motor was shot on our heating system. He took the old one out, put the new one in all in the same day. I would never even think about using another heating service again. He went above and beyond to make sure we had heat. Two thumbs up.

Professional and reasonably priced diagnosis’s of tankless on-demand water unit cleaned unit burners and igniters and determined gas pressure coming in to home was not accurate for size home or for the appliances using natural gas.

I called for a service call for my extremely old central sc unit they I assumed was broken- it hasn’t worked in 4 years we bought Mobil units. This heat was killing me so I decided to call for a service call hoping to get maybe one summer out of it. I made several calls most companies either didn’t have openings until end of July or august or didn’t work on my unit. I called Bucca they came the next morning at 8 am. They fixed my unit in under an hour they just had to fix some wires. Also I have 3dogs who they handled very well. We haven’t had centrical a/c on 3 years- bc my dad said said it was not fixable well I didn’t listen and figured this wouldn’t hurt anything. I am still In shock my sc is working my dogs never have experienced central ax they would t leave the house not . The service men were so polite and professional and knowledgeable I could not say enough good things about this company this is the first time I have ever even done a review that’s how good they were I had to let others know how wonderful my experience was. Bucca Fix saved our butts! They sourced a new burner for us, and replaced it briskly and efficiently, even after they had spent all day in the brutal heat on a rooftop. They installed it even after a long day's work, so that we could have hot water sooner. Needless to say, it is so nice to be able to shower and do laundry again! We would recommend them!!

Contacted Bucca fix for an issue with the furnace on a Tuesday evening. They came over next day, identified the issue and replaced the bad part on the same day. They’ve also did a follow up call to make sure everything is still running smoothly. I would definitely hire them again in the future for fix and regular maintenance.

They came the same day I called and they fixed some leaks that they found in my Ac unit. The following day the pipes froze because I had it too low I called them they came back to fix the problem. I’m very pleased with the service
